1. Introduction
Rivoii (“Rivoii,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit rivoii.com, communicate with us, or use any website, application, product, feature, or service provided by Rivoii collectively, the “Services”.
Rivoii Learn is planned as Rivoii's first product. Additional products and services may be introduced in the future. Some sections of this policy describe information that we may collect only when the relevant product or feature becomes available and you choose to use it.

- communications you send to us, including email and customer-support inquiries; and
- other interactions with Rivoii that refer to this policy.
A particular Rivoii product may provide additional privacy information if it processes information in a way not fully described here. If a product-specific notice conflicts with this policy, the product-specific notice will apply to that product to the extent of the conflict.
This policy does not apply to independently operated third-party websites or services, even when they are linked from our Services.

- information you submit, upload, create, or store through a Rivoii product;
- transaction, subscription, and billing-related information when paid services become available; and
- any other information you choose to provide through the Services.
The current Rivoii website does not require you to create an account to browse it. You may contact us through the email link provided on the website.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you access or use our Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

- session duration, navigation paths, scrolling, and interaction information;
- diagnostic, performance, crash, and error information; and
- cookie identifiers and similar technical identifiers.
3.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information from third parties when you use an integration, sign in through another service, make a payment through a payment provider, interact with a Rivoii page on another platform, or when a service provider supplies analytics, security, or operational information to us.
The information we receive depends on the third party, your settings with that third party, and the features you choose to use.
4. How we use information
We may use information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- respond to questions, feedback, and support requests;
- create and manage accounts when account functionality is available;
- process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and related transactions;
- personalize product functionality and user experiences;
- understand how visitors and users interact with our Services;

Where required by applicable law, we will rely on an appropriate legal basis for processing, such as your consent, the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests.
5. Analytics and similar technologies
We use analytics and similar technologies to understand website traffic, measure performance, diagnose problems, improve usability, and make informed decisions about our Services.
5.1 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics may collect information such as page views, sessions, approximate location, browser and device information, referring sources, and interactions with the website.
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish users and sessions. Google processes this information on our behalf subject to its applicable terms and privacy practices.
You can learn more through Google's Privacy Policy.
5.2 Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to better understand how visitors interact with our website. Clarity may collect interaction and diagnostic information such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, page navigation, device and browser information, page performance, and session-playback data.
Privacy-sensitive content may be masked or otherwise protected according to Clarity's configuration and privacy controls.
You can learn more through Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
5.3 Cookies and your choices
Cookies are small files stored on a device that can help websites function, remember preferences, measure usage, and understand interactions.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings or through consent controls that we make available. Blocking certain technologies may affect the operation or measurement of parts of the Services.
6. AI-powered features
Some current or future Rivoii products may include artificial-intelligence features. When you use those features, we may process prompts, instructions, uploaded materials, generated responses, feedback, and related usage information to provide the requested functionality, maintain safety, prevent misuse, and improve service quality.
We will provide additional disclosures where a particular AI feature uses information in a materially different way. You should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information unless the relevant feature specifically requires it and provides appropriate safeguards.
AI-generated output may not always be accurate. Users should independently review output before relying on it for important decisions.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Some Rivoii products may offer one-time purchases, paid plans, or recurring subscriptions in the future.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Those providers may collect payment-card details, billing addresses, tax information, and other information necessary to complete a transaction. Rivoii may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, purchase amount, subscription plan, and transaction identifiers.
Payment providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We will identify the relevant provider when paid services become available.
8. How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: with vendors that help us provide hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, payments, customer support, security, and other business operations;
- Legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or government requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Rivoii, our users, or others;
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction;
- With your direction or consent: when you ask us to disclose information or otherwise authorize the disclosure; and
- Aggregated or de-identified information: where information cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual.
9. International data transfers
Rivoii's Services are intended for a global audience. We and our service providers may process and store information in countries other than the country where you live.
Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between countries. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
10. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting legal obligations, and protecting the Services.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the product involved, the reason it was collected, applicable legal requirements, and the settings or retention schedules of our service providers.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.
11. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- request access to personal information we hold;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of certain information;
- object to or request restriction of certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request a portable copy of certain information; and
- submit a complaint to an appropriate data-protection authority.
These rights may be subject to exceptions and limitations under applicable law.
To make a privacy request, email us at hello@rivoii.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
13. Children's privacy
The current Rivoii company website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
Because Rivoii Learn may eventually offer educational functionality, we will evaluate its intended audience and introduce appropriate age requirements, parental or school permissions, safety controls, and product-specific privacy disclosures before making child-directed functionality available.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, please contact us so we can review the situation.
14. Third-party links and integrations
Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, and platforms. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their privacy, security, or content practices.
We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party service you use.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Rivoii evolves, new products are introduced, our practices change, or legal requirements develop.
When we update the policy, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Services or by another appropriate method.
